CAI Networks provides free phone and email technical support to all registered customers under warranty.

If you have not already done so, click here to register your CAI Networks product.

Technical support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding public holidays.

Extended 24x7 Technical Support is available as an option at an additional cost. Contact us for information about increasing your coverage hours for support.
